Currently at BBC Radio 5 Live, my extensive experience with the network has seen me working for the Breakfast, Afternoon and Drive teams, covering news stories ranging from Race and societal issues, General Elections, Brexit and the Coronavirus Pandemic.

I came to the BBC firstly through a two-week work experience placement, before gaining a place on their prestigious Journalism Trainee scheme. I hold a NCTJ accredited Masters in Journalism from the University of Salford and an undergraduate degree in History from Liverpool John Moores.

In addition to news, my previous workings in sport, has seen me work alongside BBC North West Tonight, BBC Sport, Match of the Day and several high-ranking football clubs including Liverpool FC.

Alongside my work, I regularly participate in panels on diversity and inclusion in the workplace and I am also keen on travelling, with Berlin as my favourite city.
